If there was anything I learned from traveling around Europe it was that I love a good mojito. The best mojito I ever had was in Madrid at a hole-in-the-wall Tapas restaurant. The most unique mojito that I had (many, many times) was at my favorite bar in London, B@1. This bar serves two of every drink you buy during happy hour. Win win!
